New features on LCS Issue search

This morning I wanted to see if there was a known issue for a problem. Then I noticed that there are new features and content on Issue search from Microsoft Lifecycle services. It was announced earlier that there would be more investments in LCS. There is now content related to several versions of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

This post will update you about new features in the Issue Search.

When you open Issue search, you will notice there are now options for a category and countries. The NAV versions were already available since the previous release. Unfortunately the selections for category and country are reset when you click the search action now, but I assume this will be fixed quickly. Personally I do miss an option to select/deselect all categories/countries.

The good thing is that there is now more content. The search result now also mentions whitepapers, base improvements and planned features. You can search e.g. on SEPA.

In the next screenshot you can see the some new topics like AXBaseline and Planned features.

When you click on the link of the planned feature, you will see a summary of the contents and a planned release date.
