Firstly, I want to wish you all a happy and healthy 2024. For me, the new year starts with a new challenge. I moved from To-Increase to Next365 as a Managing Partner in the Netherlands. In this post, I will tell a bit more about my motivation and Next365.

For nearly 5 years, I worked at To-Increase. While I wasn’t looking for a career outside of To-Increase, something came on my path. Next365 approached me to help with a roll-out of their concept to Belgium and the Netherlands. The conversations were convenient and natural. I had to make a hard decision. On one side, I had certainty and 200 nice colleagues. On the other side, there is a new challenge, and some excitement, albeit the road ahead is not fully paved.

For sure I will miss the colleagues I worked with. By collaborating, and being open to anyone’s ideas and pushbacks we created awesome solutions and features. I don’t like goodbyes, so I sent my colleagues a message “We’ll meet again…”. I don’t know where and don’t know when, but the Dynamics 365 world is small.

Next365

Next365 is a global partner with a focus on helping clients get the most out of their Dynamics 365 investment. We do that with senior professionals and the mindset of being on the customer side, being one team, and achieving one common goal. We have at this moment offices in Denmark, Norway, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and the Netherlands. The goal is to grow both within these countries and expand to other countries.

In my new role, the following tasks will be part of my responsibility: management, services to clients, (pre) sales, marketing support, helping to find talent, innovation, and being part of the global platform team. I’m looking forward to meeting and working with my new colleagues. In Belgium and the Netherlands, we will collaborate in approaching the market. So far, we are complementing each other’s skills, and we share the language.

The switch to Next365 does not have an impact on my voluntary community contributions. I will still write blogs, create videos, answer questions on the Dynamics Community, and when possible speak at in-person and online events.
