Microsoft recently released Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations: version 10.0.11. In this release, there is a new preview feature where you can configure fields to be mandatory. I have tested the feature which is working for specific use cases. In a video, you can see a demo of how this feature works. There are some caveats that will be explained in this post also.
